Lancaster's Chicest Charcuterie
Updated: Nov 9, 2020
Little secret about me, I love charcuterie boards. Honestly I would rather go out to dinner and share some meats and cheeses than order an entree. So when Samantha Lewis, owner of Graze, a Lancaster-based Charcuterie Board & Grazing Table business, reached out to collaborate I knew it was a match made in snacking and sipping heaven!
'Snacking with Samantha Lewis'
What started as a hobby creating boards for friends and family quickly became a business for Graze's owner, Samantha - and I must say she's pretty amazing at it!
Graze offers many beautiful options for any and all events in the Central Pennsylvania area. Whether it be a picnic in the park, a date night with your love, a gathering with friends, or a special event, there is a board to fit your needs, budget, and taste preferences.
Each board comes complete with a delicious selection of meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, crunchy crackers, sweet jams and honey - all of which are locally sourced from Lancaster, PA. And, trust me when I say that this board not only tastes delicious, but it's also absolutely gorgeous to look at! During a recently winery trip, I cannot tell you how many individuals stopped to ask where this stunning charcuterie board was from. If you love grazing on meats and cheeses as much as I do, you will not be disappointed!

'Sipping with Samantha Shewan'
A charcuterie board this beautiful certainly deserves a fabulous cocktail! For my latest installment of 'Sipping with Samantha', a weekly cocktail series on my Instagram, I am excited to share 'The Grazefruit Spritz' - a fizzy floral cocktail that perfectly compliments the creamy cheeses, roasted nuts, and salted meats featured in Graze's Picnic Box.

The Grazefruit Spritz

- Juice of half grapefruit
- 1-1/2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce St. Germain

2. Shake thoroughly and strain into champagne flute
